Business Overview
The Reigning Jewelry provides handmade jewelry, custom jewelry designs, jewelry repair services, and related creative products. iReign Events provides event planning, coordination, private creative classes, and event-related services.
Orders & Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because many items are handmade, limited quantity, or custom-created, availability may change at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, policy abuse, non-payment, or disrespectful communication.
Handmade Item Disclaimer
Our jewelry is handmade, which means slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, marble pattern, placement, or design details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of each piece and do not qualify as defects.
Product photos are shown as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, or photography.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created based on customer requests and are considered final sale. This includes jewelry made with specific colors, names, themes, sizes, designs, event details, or personalized elements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom order details before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be guaranteed and may require an additional fee.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Full payment may be required before production, shipping, or service completion unless otherwise stated.
For event services, deposits may be required to secure your date. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Reigning Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Once an order is shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control.
Returns, Repairs & Refunds
Returns, repairs, refunds, and damage claims are handled according to our posted Return, Repair & Cancellation Policy. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to that policy.
Event Bookings & Services
iReign Events services may include planning, coordination, private classes, setup guidance, event support, or creative experiences. Service details, pricing, guest count, location requirements, and included items will be listed in the service description or confirmed during consultation.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for providing the event location. Additional fees may apply for travel, extra guests, additional materials, extended time, rushed requests, or upgraded services.
Deposits & Cancellations
Event and planning deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits secure your date, planning time, preparation, and/or materials.
Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, and refunds are handled according to our posted policies and any signed agreement provided for your service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner when needed, review order and event details carefully, and communicate respectfully.
The customer is responsible for ensuring any event space provided is safe, accessible, and suitable for the booked service.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, product descriptions, logos, branding, website content, graphics, service names, and creative work belong to The Reigning Jewelry and/or iReign Events unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, alter, distribute, or use our content, designs, photos, or branding without written permission.
Photos & Marketing
We may photograph finished products, custom designs, event setups, or class materials for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing use.
Client names, private event details, or personal information will not be shared without permission. If you do not want your custom item or event details photographed or shared, please notify us in writing before your order or event.
Fraud & Chargebacks
Fraudulent orders, false claims, policy abuse, or chargebacks filed in an attempt to keep merchandise or services without payment will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to submit proof of purchase, communication records, delivery confirmation, signed agreements, photos, and other documentation to payment processors, shipping carriers, or legal authorities when necessary.
Customers who participate in fraudulent activity may be banned from future orders or bookings. Legal action may be pursued when appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
The Reigning Jewelry and iReign Events are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or unexpected damages related to the use of our products or services.
Customers are responsible for proper care, storage, and use of jewelry items. Jewelry should be kept away from excessive moisture, chemicals, rough handling, children, and pets.
Allergies & Food Disclaimer
Some services may include charcuterie cups, snacks, or food-related add-ons. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event.
We cannot guarantee that food items are free from allergens or cross-contact with allergens. Guests consume food at their own discretion.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, deny a return, or decline future bookings in cases of fraud, harassment, non-payment, policy abuse, unsafe conditions, or disrespectful communication.
