Return, Repair & Cancellation Policy
 

Thank you for shopping with The Reigning Jewelry and booking with iReign Events. Every item and experience is created with care, intention, and quality in mind. Please review this policy before placing an order or booking a service.
 

Custom Orders
 

All custom jewelry orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Custom pieces are created specifically based on the customer’s requested colors, style, size, design details, or event needs.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be guaranteed and may require an additional fee.
 

Ready-Made Jewelry Returns
 

Returns are accepted on ready-made jewelry items within 5 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with no obvious signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse. Items must be returned in the original packaging when possible.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, the return may be denied.
 

Damaged Items Upon Delivery
 

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Although every item is quality checked before shipping, if your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label will be required. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.
 

If the damage is determined to be due to shipping or quality issues, return shipping or repair/replacement costs will be covered by The Reigning Jewelry.
 

Repair Policy
 

The Reigning Jewelry offers one free repair within 5 years of purchase on all jewelry items, subject to the availability of materials.

Proof of purchase is required. Repairs may include restringing, loose findings, missing jump rings, minor bead repairs, earring backs, or other small repairs.
 

Please note that exact materials, beads, clay colors, charms, or findings may not always be available. In that case, a similar replacement may be offered when possible.
 

The free repair policy does not cover loss, intentional damage, misuse, improper storage, excessive wear, or damage caused by third-party alterations.
 

Return Shipping
 

For items returned due to approved damage or quality issues, return shipping will be covered by The Reigning Jewelry.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved damage or quality issue.
 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
 

Event & Planning Deposits
 

Deposits for iReign Events services, private classes, event planning, coordination, and custom event work are non-refundable.

The only exception is in the case of death or incapacitation. Proof may be required for the exception to be considered.
 

Deposits secure your date, time, planning resources, preparation, and/or materials. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability but is not guaranteed.
 

Cancellations & No-Shows
 

Cancellations made after materials have been purchased, designs have been started, or planning work has begun may not be eligible for refund.
 

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
 

Fraud, Chargebacks & Order Protection
 

Fraudulent activity, false claims, abuse of the return policy, or chargebacks filed in an attempt to keep merchandise or services without payment will not be tolerated.
 

Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks or attempt to steal merchandise or services may be permanently banned from ordering or booking in the future. The Reigning Jewelry and iReign Events reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, communication records, signed agreements, photos, and other documentation to the payment processor, shipping carrier, or appropriate authorities.
 

When necessary, legal action or criminal charges may be pursued.
 

Final Notes
 

The Reigning Jewelry and iReign Events reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, deny returns, or decline future bookings in cases of policy abuse, harassment, fraud, non-payment, or disrespectful communication.
