Thank you for shopping with The Reigning Jewelry. Each item is handmade with care, so please allow time for your order to be created, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Most ready-to-ship items will be processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the design, materials, and order volume. Any estimated turnaround time will be shared before or after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping times may vary based on the carrier, location, holidays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

The Reigning Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We are happy to help provide any tracking information needed.

At this time, shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
